Xinbang brand plastic flat netting is manufactured by heating and melting plastic raw materials in an extruder. The molten plastic is then extruded through a screw into a special rotating die head equipped with multiple small holes on both the inner and outer dies. As the molten plastic flows through the die openings, it forms two strands of molten filaments. Due to the rotation of the die head, these two strands intermittently converge at a single point to form a mesh structure, which is then cooled and shaped into netting.

Depending on the specific requirements of different product series, various configurations can be adopted. It is suitable for producing plastic oriented (stretched) nets with different functions, including oriented nets, knotless nets, flat drainage nets, fencing nets, barrier nets, gardening and agricultural nets, engineering nets, stretched nets, packaging nets, as well as mesh bags for fruits and vegetables.
